WORSE ACCOMMODATION EVER Ristany's Big 5!!

THIS Chalet as people working in their facilities that have an extremely Bad attitude that are also very and the service is extremely bad. So we book out this chalet on the 9 January 2014 expecting to have the time of our lives but instead we got our bath water clogged up in out showers, Air cons that cant be lowered to a temptation or it will freeze, toilets that looked like they haven't been cleaned in years, the beds were hard and there were white stains on the pillow cases, the sofas stinked, i can go.. So to get away from all that we decided to go to the "entertainment room" where the "owners" literally look like they wanted to spit on us. There's a old lady one of the owners that actually threw our money at us when we asked to make some change for the pool table facilities. They prices are ridiculously high with nothing to boost about. this is by far the worse chalet i have ever come across. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS Pit of thrash or better yet do not take my word GO WITNESS for yourself!! RISTANY'S BIG 5 with have gotten my thumbs even though the disgusting chalets by compensating with good service but yet that was a epic FAILURE as well! DISGUSTED!!!
