Unauthorised Debit Orde

29th August i get a call from Amani Cyris Travel Marketing company, selling me a travel card at no cost, she spoke so quickly on the call and kept saying everything was free and that they sendin me a traveling card. only to see a few days later R99.00 taken off my account, i called today again to cancel it as i was wrongly informed of the costs, she also mentioned to me that the value of the holiday card is R400.00 not that i must pay the R400.00, i am going to close my account this week. How can people just received bank details and deduct money for things they did not sign, i did not sign any documentation to allow the debit order to go off, i would like a reimbursment straight away as i feel i have been misled.
