Poor Service, Non Delivery

Same issue as the other unhappy clients - I paid the R3000 for the helicopter ride which never happened. He hasn't been replying to emails / sms's and he's been avoiding calls. I've been waiting for a refund since December 2013. He claims he's done it, but cannot provide proof.
Even arranging the date, time and receiving confirmation was very difficult. I would not use their services ever, and would strongly advise against it.
