Poor Service, and Damage

We had checked in online and printed out our boarding cards prior to arrival at OR Tambo airport in order to save us time and to be able to join "online check in baggage drop off" queue. No such queue existed and we informed to join the long general queue. What is the point of checking in on line if it doesn't get you anywhere. Waste of time. What was embarrassing was listening to foreigners complain about the poor service and from where they come from this doesn't happen. Not proudly South African!
To make it worse, we arrive in cape town only to find that our locked bag had been broken into and damaged. The only thing was a men's suit to the value of R2 000. This doesn't weigh more than 1 kg and therefore we will not get even close to the value in return. The damage to the suitcase will be repaired?? I have my doubts! The staff at both OR Tambo and Cape Town airports were unfriendly, unhelpful and clearly should not be the faces that our tourists see. Its a pity i have booked my next flight with Mango. If i could get a full refund i would cancel my ticket. I will never fly with air mango again.
