POOR Service - My Gran wasn't allowed to fly

I'm extremely disappointed in Kulula, my grandmother who is referred to in the mail had to wait for hours for the next flight and she had to pay in due to uninformed and poorly trained staff. I called specifically before I made the booking to get more information on this scenario where her ID and Driver's licence was. Bongi (reference Bongi 12:05) explained that we need a Case Number and an affidavit. Of coarse you do not get a Case Number from SAP when reporting a crime like this, so my Grandmother took the number she got from SAP. Only to be stopped and held back by this pathetic excuse of an airline. Last time ever I or any of my family members will use you.

Please get your facts straight and train you staff to be in line with what our police services offer. How can you ask something that is impossible to get. Terrible terrible service - a lady 80 years old need to endure because of stupidity.

I hope you at least have the decency to call me back. Alternative I will report this on HelloPeter and will send it to every single newspaper I know. Also, you will refund her for the pay-in she had to make because of your poor communication.
