Cancellation! we were sold!!!

I rcd a voucher from DVC consultant at Mr Price.1 wk later I was called and advised that I had won a prize and should attend a function with my husband to claim my guaranteed prize n also stand a chance2win a grand prize-Hollywood! When we got there we were detained for2hours of sleek presentations selling to us expensive holiday time share proposals which were evidently exorbitant! The consultant Naweed was very sleek&pushy. He "promised" us high and low that we can ask for a FULL refund if we no longer wished to proceed at any time. Now, we want to cancel, and they are telling us we can't! When I called Naweed to confront him on his, and I repeated what he said to us that we can sell anytime we want to and he said: BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT" I FULLY intent to take them to every social media, every newspaper&radio stat in SA, carte blanche and every TV programme that will air my distaste for the that have been sold to us!! Here's the Joke! The guaranteed prize we were promised turned out 2be a voucher for a 20% DISCOUNT when we visit their resorts? They take you in 1 for 1 so you don't see the other prizes the other people get, ALL THE SAME!!!
