Guaranteed prize in every pack??

I purchased my usual OMO washing powder and was thrilled to see that there was a "guaranteed prize in every packet". This was over 2 months ago, and to date, no prize. I have had several pointless conversations with consultants who tell me that the time-slot for my prize has been taken, so I've now asked them to book it ANY TIME, and I still get the same response. I have received sms notifications saying they've tried to contact me (they have not) and I've called them so many times and even sent an email and had no reply.

Please DO NOT advertise something you can't deliver. That's called false advertising. All I got out of this is a lot of my time being wasted and a very bad impression of this company. I hope that it's no reflection on the product itself.
