Guaranteed prize not materializing

I purchased a pack of OMO which promised a guaranteed prize. I had a choice of 3 prizes and I chose a mini manicure from Perfect Ten. I sms'd as instructed, and got a message back saying someone would call in 3 days. No call. After a month I called and gave various dates suitable for my manicure - no one called to confirm a date as promised. Another month later I called again, new appointment, no confirmation yet again.

It is now 4 months and I still have not had my prize. I am very disappointed - I bought the product, was promised something and no prize. This is illegal advertising.
