Quality Vacation Club (qvc)
Not living up to promises, lack of responsibility

I have been a member for the past 10 years with QVC, it has done nothing for me but caused sheer frustration!!! on numerous occasions I have asked for a break here or there, but guess what I have not managed 1 holiday or break from QVC. They can never accommodate me or my family.By either saying no space available or do not have anything for you. I am told I am a premium member, but yet I have never been able to get at least 1 holiday from QVC in 10 years, with my 110 points. There must be something wrong!!! After all my frustration with QVC not accommodating me I asked if QVC would pay something back to me for my points. WELL NOBODY COMES BACK TO ME. If you cannot even buy back your own product, there must be something wrong with the product. IF you can help me get a buyer or taking over my points please let me know!!! But of course there is a lack of response on that too. I have sent various emails with no response I eventually even said just cancel everything and stop charging me monthly but of course that has yet to happen too!
