Traumatising three year old child

School-link was meant to transport my 3 year old son from nursery school home. On the first day, I said I would go to the school and put him on the bus myself until he got used to it. The assistant did not come to the classroom to fetch him. I found her the driver lying down on the front seats of the bus, parked at the bottom of the hill from the school, with the seats down. When I asked if they were there to fetch my son, they said yes, they had tried to call me but got my voicemail. They did not try to find me or my son. With misgivings, I put him on the bus they left when I said I'd meet them at home. When I got home, they weren't there. I called them they said they were in Parkview and not Parkwood where I live. During a number of frantic calls when they kept changing where they were and kept getting further away, I could hear my son crying, I made them stop the bus and I drove tofetch my traumatised son from their bus on the side of the road. I was hysterical and they kept calling my son by the wrong name. They also then told me it was a "miscommunication" - they had been given the wrong address. They told my husband I "panicked" can't understand the problem.
