Taken for a ride

June 2010 we attended a presentation in Piet Retief and was told that they would take over all our Flexi Club points and hire them out for us and in turn the income from that would enable us to pay the annual levy at FC and we would then use WTL for discounted holidays. We have NEVER made use of this company. They DO NOT hire out your FC points because they are not allowed to, they to us. We have tried to obtain a refund since then and they have refused to do so. This is a total breach of contract. We have all the names of the representatives that were present that day, all our correspondence and refusal to refund.
