Whats 2XR - unreliable & immature - Caution!!!

Linda Kunene purports to offer a tax / shuttle / chaffeur service and advertises this service under the name "Whats 2XR Chaueffeur & Shuttle Services".

We booked one of his cabs to take us to a rock concert on Saturday 02 February 2013 . He sent us a text message confirming the booking and stating that he himself would be our driver for the evening.

Linda never arrived to collect us. Linda's cell phone numbers are 0742709985 and the other is 0721394287. The one was turned off and the other just kept ringing and going to voice mail.

He never called to give an explanation or to appologise. We eventually got hold of him on the following Monday morning and he stated that he doesnt apologise, although he has had incidents liek this in teh past. He admitted that when he realised he wasnt going to make it in time to collect us, he turned his phone off. He stated that he has difficulty in giving bad news and that knows that what he did was immature.

There was no empathy or apology forthcoming from Linda. He showed no understanding of the magnitude of the impact of his poor, unreliable service on his customers.

I would recommend that no-one ever use this service
