It just does not make sense - this is a Rip Off. You pay exorbitant membership fees the whole year for G*D knows what. And then the points that you bought for the year expires because you do not use it. ( you can never use it because there is never availability for your choice of dates) This goes on year after year after year... membership fees are increased yearly. QVC is enriching themselves with thousands of peoples hard earned money. This needs to be stopped immediately. All the members should stop paying their membership fees ie put a stop on their debit order - this is the only way to put an end to this illegitimate contract. NCC please speed up your enquiry into this company there are thousands of complaints - does this not say it all?
