Refusal to cancel my contract

I have had an on going problem with QVC for a long period of time. On numerous occasions I have attempted to book accommodation and have not been able to because of a lack of availability. Their fees have increased annually quite considerably since I purchased my points or units. Around July 2012 I notified the company that I wished to cancel my contract with them and have had nothing but problems since then. From no body bothering to come back to me to threatening letters and phone calls from debt collectors. Today I received a statement of account from them that has now included a membership fee for the coming year and a reservation fee for the coming year, 2014. This appears to be one huge! It also includes a considerable sum of interest for late payment.
