Most poor service

Hi, i would like to say SA roadlink has gone down on the fall of service very poor service, from whom l think the owner of the bus 620 (the Naigerian bossy guy) as we were checking the guy never to care about anything or anyone not smile, greeting or festive season wish. If l may ask, what happened to the first time best service?? i believe this certain bus was bought with a Naigerian guy who does not even know abouy customer services he only cares about cash... i had a very terrible trvel with the drivers too... asking them for something seem as if l was asking them to refund which l only wanted to know if there going to stop in bellville.
