Poor Service

I bought a ticket from Joburg to Cape Town leaving at 18:00, then they postponed for 21:00 we had to wait for 2hours. After 2hrs they told us the bus is coming after 1hours but it did not pitch up. The supervisor (Godswill) called the bus driver and he said his coming in 30minutes time, but he did not come. As i'm writting this we are waiting outside the office trying to find out what is going on. I demand my money (a refund) from Roadlink because of their poor services.
