I took out a Kulula credit card in order to get Kulula Moola. I phoned in to see if i was activated and all was in order, when spending money on the Card. The account had never been activated, i didnt get any Moola when spending. Numerous phone calls and emails trying to rectify the situation failed. Numerous emails to Sunel Oelofse, not once has she responded. I was told i would be refunded the rand value of my Moola, as i needed to purcahse Air Tickets. I have not heard a word from anyone at Kulula.
