Incompetence

We made a booking for 2 nights and confirmed. The next day they phoned and said that it's cancelled. My wife questioned this as we did not cancel. We then "re-booked". Again they phoned and said that it's cancelled! The owner then said that the minimum nights we can book is 4 and that we should do that if we want to book. Not only did they confirm TWICE, they also had the audacity to charge us for 4 nights!
