Andrews, Soooo rude, got her colleague to record us

MN100 on 25 November 2013 from Cape Town to Jo'Burg at check in counter.
The lady who checked us in was sooo rude. First when we were shown to her counter, she did ignored us, and blatenly spoke with her colleague for 3 minutes until my wife greeted her 'Good morning".
Then she noticed the passports and tickets on the counter, still she did not acknowledge us, but said loudly "oh again a customer, didnt even notice them".
She then weighed our luggage and said. "It's three kilograms over, go there and pay".
Run, we close in 5 minutes". We ran and paid quickly. We came back, she did not look at us, but she changed our seats, so that we do not sit next to each other - we are honeymooners. When we asked her how that happened she said: "I dont know and I dont care".
Best of all, she had her colleague suddenly next to her, who was recording it with her smartphone. WHAT?!!! Ask her, for the phone she surely has the recording still, then you will find how she deals with your customers. Training does not help anymore, the attitude it too bad, she is punished enough with herself.
Dont send me a standard reply, but call me and come up with a solution and apology.
