I cancelled my booking on 25 November 2013 and i was promised my refund on the 13 December 2013 by Ethopian airline.
Till today i have not recieved my money from them and no one is answering phones in their offices in Randburg.
I'm sick and tired of their pathetic service and them giving a run around. I want my refund now.
