Engines fail on Plain - no refund

We were on flight no 0834375087939 leaving king shaka. About 30 Min into the flight the we heard a noise and the plane suddenly lost altitude and started to vibrated excessively. We were told to do the brace command and wait for further instructions. The air hostess then started to explain emergency procedures. We were then told that an engine failed. Some how after about 35 Minutes we were flown with much turbulence, back to King Shaka and the entire plain was traumatised. TODATE - NO APPLOGY, NO EXPLAINTATION AND NO REFUND - Absolutely Disgusting.
I travel a lot for work and now shake on every flight. I have as a result of this sought counselling. Saa on the other hand does not seem to care about their customers and to date we have had no feedback
