R2200 FOR CLEANING YET HOUSE STILL AS DIRTY

Contacted 'The Cleaning Ladies" [URL Removed] for house move in cleaning service. Quoted R2200 to come and clean the house (with guarantee of return should their service not meet expectations). Alta the owner came with team - then left them 15 min later. Was our responsibility to show them what to do with the cleaning and directing this show - which we paid for the convenience that the project would be managed by Alta, Alta went for coffee with her daughter and showed up to collect the ladies. I took pictures of the filth still left at my house and sent to her. Promised to return this Saturday. NO time confirmed. At 830am called her to follow up - no answers to my calls. Her assistant said they had come to my house - on a Saturday one would expect service providers from 830am unless arranged otherwise - they advised they have gone to another job now (meaning they had double booked themselves). Alta received the R2200 for cleaning and has never honoured any of her undertakings. She has been evasive, not returning calls since last week. Based on my experience I would never recommend this company.
