I sent through my complaint letter to South African Express on 17 October 2013 and received a reply email acknowledging receipt and assigning it with Incident: 131017-000029. Since then, I've been trying in vein to get update; emailed them at least 4 times with no luck.
Tried to attach the letter but it was too big for here.
