Kulula website and call centre failed to assist in

I have tried to book a flight to Cape Town from Lanseria for over two days on the Kulula website, and it keeps throwing me out, won't accept payments for no reason or does not load all of the airport destination options. When I have tried to phone the call centre, the line drops as the agent opens the line. It has been an infuriating process. One that should really be accessible and easy. I still have no luck with the site as yet. And the call centre will charge you extra, rather than if you use their website. But their website does not work! Sorely disappointed. I have sent the airline an email and am hoping for a response and an action to assist.
