With regards to our listed complaint on this forum on the 17th of Oct 2013. We were contacted by Bernadette, who went out of her way to turn our very negative experiences with flexi club into a much more pleasurable experience. Our accommodation request issues were sorted out and the best possible alternatives were sourced for us in a very timeously fashion. We are looking forward to our two up coming holidays and hope that in the future that Bernadette will be available to assist us with our relationship with Flexi club going forward.
