LOST GOODS

On the 9th of November 2013 l went to Mzansi bus services in Powerhouse to send goods to Zimbabwe. l sent a coller box and inside they were second hand clothes, 2 pairs of second hand shoes for my son and 2 pairs of new jeans for my brother 3 umbrellas on the side 1 big one for outside and 2 small ones for my sons. l paid R 90.00 for the language and was given a receipt by the guy named Kholani who is in charge of receipting parcels. The following day my sister in Zimbabwe went to collect the goods and the cooler box was missing.l notified Kholani and he confirmed the coller box was missing. He is not taking my calls eversince. Today l called him and he told me the conducter confirmed my cooler box was confisticated at the border cause it was full of meat. This made me very furious cause l never send meat home and hes using this as an excuse cause they don't want to compensate me.l really didn't care how long they take to finalise this matter by lying about the meat made me angry. Its better if they had apologized and said they wont refund anything, l would understand but not lying about the contents of my parcel so that they can be off the hook.
