Hello Peter,

My brother brought a shoe at Lcoste and returned it after less than two week, so they allowed him to exchanged. He bought another one for R1250 and he has receipt dated 30 december 2013.The shoe is in the right condition beside the broken belt. On the 22/01/2013.Salmaan said no to my niece and that the shoe has been abused. Called him today same story that he took a pic and send it to the headoffice. My brother did not request for a refund, just that if they cant exchange send it to their manufactures, he said no. Spoke to Him to (SAlmaa), he is rude tld him not to speak over me, he said he will be forced to hang up on me as he has customers, asked him are we not customer since we have already paid for the defective goods. Salmaan is insting that the shoe has been abused, i asked should my brother come with all his shoes to show that he is not dependent on one shoe. No matter what the circumstance are a shoe the consumer has for 20 day costing R1250, cant over of no value.
The customer right acts state"Your right to return goods and seek redress for unsatisfactory services"
oConsumers have the right to return unsafe or defective goods and request a full refund for such goods, p
