Impressed beyond words!

I recently booked a flight for my grandfather, an 84 year old man, to visit his son in another province. I have never used online bookings with Kulula and was thoroughly impressed with the ease in which to operate their website. The biggest positive point of them all was the customer service I received. I phoned the call centre and explained that I would like some assistance for him to ensure he got onto the flight and they immediately replied with how can we help. They were SO efficient in organising the assistance and confirming it as well. On arrival at the airport, the staff were impressively friendly and on the ball! They greeted us with a smile and gave us no trouble at all. I have never received such excellent service from any other airline! Congrats Kulula! I definitely hope to fly with them again!
