Booked a trip for my family and reserved seats, computer glitch on SAA and now seats for my family are not what we wanted. Contacted call centre over a month ago, after almost 30 e mails, Vaneshree from SAA e mailed me and told me that 'this is our last correspondence'. SAA took no responsibility or Accountability, they tried to hide behind terms and conditions- absolutely pathetic service. Call centre takes 30 mins to answer, e mails take more then a week to get a response- absolutely no customer service.
