I have posted on facebook, I have mailed chat2us, and still not getting any answers. Prior to our flight, MN 451, to Cape Town, on the 31st of October 2013 we spoke to Tebogo pertaining to extra baggage we purchased and won't be using due to not taking our bicycles with us. Tebogo had no clue as to what to do, took my partners' details and never came back with a response to how we will be refunded. During our check in for flight MN 458, from Cape Town on the 4th of November 2013, we had Sibongile doing our check in. Firstly she wasn't friendly and also, wasted at least 20 minutes of our time to make sure we will pay extra baggage because our one bag was 23kg.was amazed that the guys next to us checking in with at least 4 bags more than 23kg and didn't pay a cent for extra baggage. I even asked the lady who checked them in if they paid extra baggage and it was no. Furthermore, as per our extra baggage we purchased and didn't use, by when will we receive our money back? It seems like kulula would rather just a persons money and not refund, plus, avoid in giving any answers back. Kulula is becoming more expensive than SAA and service is really bad. Like our money back!!
