Rude non-ticket holders allowed on bus

A lady who claims that she is collecting funds for the Aids foundation was allowed on the bus in Johannesburg before our depature to Cape Town at 6pm on 26 October 2013. When I informed this lady that I do not have any cash to donate she sarcastically replied "Oh, so you dont care". This completely blew me away and I was lost for words and clearly embarassed by this statement. She has no right telling me this and does not know of what other charities I frequently donate to and help with raising funds. I request that Greyhound's driver's assistant should not allow non-ticket holders on the bus for any reason as our safety can also be at risk. I will also inform my employer about this matter and encourage him not to make use ofGreyhound for any other future business. This was completely out of line and unprofessional.
