Holiday Ruined!

Today is less than one month before we are due to travel to Zanzibar.

They phone me today (after I asked them "where are my papers? ") to tell me that the hotel I booked and paid for only a month and a half ago is suddenly under major renovation.

The worst is that I must choose between the hotel I want with no pool and construction all over the place. Or I must pay more for something else. Or I must accept a different town. A DIFFERENT TOWN ALTOGETHER!!!

They are just passing the buck and not accepting that they made a mistake for which they have to pay. I'm not asking for a 5 star upgrade. Just don't offer me Pretoria when I asked for Johannesburg because you want to keep the commission margin you didn't earn.
