Poor Service

I was waiting for the City to City bus for more 1 hour and calling them to ask where is they bus, they said they'll call me back and they didn't and I call more and they said they call me but they didn't. It was so cold and they didn't care where I was on the03/07/2013 time 03:00 and it so cold and I was outside. I'm really not happy and the time was going without any call from City to City and now I'm calling them to give me my money back buy they are not answering they are calls, I really don't know what company is this or maybe they just the rob us! I have flu because of waiting outside and they know that the is nowhere to wait!
