I use the Bakwena Doornpoort toll plaza daily to and from Hatfield. I do not understand why the management has not picked-up that the number of tagged motorists have increased and that they have to make 2 gantries for "etag only" available. It is very frustrating particularly in the mornings- someday the gantry is out of order and nobody seems to care that the motorists are being delayed due to their inefficiency. Common sense should dictate to Bakwena that the increasing demand requires an initiative from their side to provide more gantries. The congestion stretches beyond the Engen-garage every morning and they are doing nothing about it. It is possible for cash paying customers to pass you by and get through while you are stuck and hoping for convenience. I think Bakwena do not care about the etag users because the money is already in their (Bakwena) accounts. Gone are the days when businesses about their customers-it does not matter how early you get to this toll gate- you are guaranteed to wait if you have a tag- why are they not making another gantry available-near the one we currently use- like I observed, they do not give a about their loyal customers!
