NON PAYMENT IN MY E-TOLL ACCOUNT

On the 24.01.2014 I did and EFT (R500.00) into the Sanral account for my e-toll's and Bakwena e-tag up and until today there is no monies showing in my account. I have sent them several emails questioning this but no one there seems to know what has happened to this money. In the meantime I am being billed for these e-toll's that I through everyday, and the extra money that I have to take out of my pocket to pay for the Bakwena Toll-gate. You budget so much for the month and then this happens.
