I had a business meeting at the restaurant at 3pm on a Wednesday after noon (the restaurant was not busy at all). Both my guest and I only wanted water and a minute later, the waiter returned to inform us that unless we order from the menu, we would need to leave...

In 20yrs I have never had a Cape Town restaurant treat me as a customer, so poorly. For all they know, we could have been discussing their menu for a staff function...

I think this is shocking service and I will not support their brand or refer them to anyone!
