Endangering human life!

I was involved in a case of reckless and dangerous driving by a busdriver driving one of these "concertina" busses on the 21st of September, whilst on my way to work that night. I submitted two complaints via their website, and was contacted via email by Faizel Alexander. His reply on the 23rd of September was rather flippant, to say the least! I was driving a scooter, and if I was hit by this bus, the driver probably would not even have noticed. I sent a strongly worded reply on the 23rd, only to receive a reply on the 11th of October, saying that this has been sent on to their operations team! I have since been to a police station and laid a charge against them of reckless driving. Contents of the email can be supplied, but I did send two complaints via their website, as well as telephonically the same night.
