Rixi Taxi Driver Threat

Hi,
I am apart of an events company, I had guest from Germany who was performing at Menlyn news cafe on the 5th October, I contacted Rixi Taxi's to ask for their services of transporting my guest home on the 1st october, I spoke to Akim from the call centre who assured me that my booking was confirmed, the morning of the event when I called to ask why the taxi didnt come the guy who answered the phone said I hadn't confirmed my booking yet I have an email of confirmation, my guess complained that the trip was a night mare because the driver drove for 45 minute then asked them where his taking them, he then blamed my guest for him not knowing yet this was stated on the email of the destination and then they ended up at a dead end at 3:00am that sunday morning and he still threatens them and says he's "dangerous" what does that mean?? unfortunately we didnt take his name down but Rixi will have records, this is unacceptable!!
