Money deducted off my account with no authorizatio

On the 28th of Feb 2013 I had money deducted off my account from Mango airlines. After many emails and hours on the phone at my expense I have been fighting for my money back because of activity on my account. When chatting to the operators and call centre they ask you to send an email about your complaint. I sent Thys Smit an email on the 18th of July about the issue and had no response to his email until I blasted poor Kobus on the phone to suddenly get a response to my mail on the 29th August. They then said that the amount of R2864.00 would be refunded within 7-14 working days. Guess what I am still waiting. Lebo then said they needed a copy of my ID and bank statements cause it had been longer than 6months that the money was taken off my account. If it hadn't taken so long for them to get back to me it wouldn't have taken 6months! I sent her the copies of the info on the 3rd October and she said the money would be paid on the following Tuesday. Funny story that we sitting on the 11th October and I still haven't seen a cent. Every time I call Lebo to ask her about my money she forgets who I am so have to spend 10minutes explaining my story all over again. Disgusting
