I Am A Platinum Member and Have Invested A lot off money into this, being fooled by empty promises, i have had previous issues trying to make bookings and then i was promised by the agent (so called Director) that if i upgraded to a Platinum Membership which Costed me -R 80000 additional fees i would then be guaranteed a booking as long as it was done 2 weeks prior to the book in date a Total Lie, I have Continuously, Tried to Book Accommodation in Suncity etc, When You Call Very Early in The Year you are Told That Bookings Only Open In November, When you Call even On the 1st Of November You Are then Told That It is Fully Booked, this has been going on continuously for the Past 3 Years, Also they Had Promised us that we would also be entitled to Air Flight Discounts etc, when you call they don't do flights. I have Accumulated So Many Points, Some Which Fall Away Annually, I have now Come To A point where i rather Book via Them as Well but then pay cash, because they can accommodate you if you pay cash, but cannot help you via the points system, it is Totally Useless, however i cannot let my money lay around and keep paying Service Fees for Nothing!!! Please Assist
