Bad/No Service in Mango Group Bookings Department

I have requested a group booking quote for 23 people from them on the 26 September 2013, and to date I have still not received a reply for this. I feel that this is utter bad customer service for such a well known airline accross South Africa. And not to mention the tone of the consultant answering the switchboard she has no customer etiquette whatsoever. And the way she responded to my request for an email address was like I asked her to go and murder somebody. They really need to employ people with much more friendlier and humerous personalities because people like that will only damage their reputation.
