I was travelling alone with my 16 month old daughter. We arrived in CT on Sunday 27/01/2013 at 21:00 on a Kulula flight. I needed help with my luggage as it was impossible to push a pram (with a sleeping infant) plus the luggage trolley. The lady at the BA baggage enquiries desk was rude and told me that it wasn't her job to help with children and luggage and said I should go fetch my husband in the arrivals hall to help me. When I explained that I was alone and no-one was meeting me, she said that I should sort it out with ACSA. I left not knowing what I was going to do. I saw a gentleman standing near the conveyor belt and asked if he could help organise a porter for me. He worked for SAA and although I had not flown SAA, he got a trolley, put all my luggage onto it and pushed it to my car. I am so sorry that I didn't write down his name - I remember looking at his name badge when I first approached him and it was Richard or Robert I think. I think BA could learn a thing from SAA staff!
