Flew from Durban to Johannesburg on Tuesday 1st October 2013, on disembarking at OR Tambo Int I left my wallet on my seat, as I was coming through the terminal I realized what I did and ran to the Mango Guest Services at check in counters, told them and the ladies got onto the radio to the ramp staff, I gave them my seat number etc and the person on the other side of the radio said hold on I'm walking there and then said, found it on the seat, got it.

I was then told that it would take a while to bring in from the ramp and that I should go to office at baggage claim, I did and the lady at this office then once again contacted the ramp staff who confirmed they had it, she said she would go fetch it for me which she did and 20 minutes later she handed it over to me.

This is where it goes wrong, I opened my wallet only to find that my notes were gone, I informed the lady and she said there was nothing she could do, I asked for a senior but to no avail. I then spoke to a Supervisor Botumelo who told me it was my negligence, Mango' contract is purely to take a passenger from point A to point B and nothing else, she would not take my name or offer to even investigate. Disgusted
