On Friday evening after a long and rushed day, the last thing i wanted to do was be in an airport and then sit on a plane for and hour, flying from JHB to DBN. Needless to say, the prospect of my flight was not looking up at all.
I had booked with [URL Removed] for the sole reason of flight availability normally flying with other carriers. Boarding the plane was a little slow but also understanding as the staff assist a disabled gentleman first before allowing non-disabled bodies to enter. once seated and ready to fly, it took slightly longer than normal to get the doors closed, but once they did close, it began.
Our "MC' for the night was air hostess "De-Gracia" who lit up the evening with wit and humorous comments in preparation for take off. Her friendly interaction with the cabin over the speaker system, put everyone at ease and also in good spirits. Her comical suggestions and witty jokes kept everyone laughing and on a good 'high' throughout the flight. even during the service of drinks and snacks, all the cabin staff were very friendly and witty about their service.
My flight ended up being absolutely brilliant due to the high level of service provided by [URL Removed] staff.
