Name Change

I requested a name change and was told we cannot do this. Last week I called as well and the Agent told me that i could not make a name change but I could change the person that is flying. Now when I tried to change a person I get told i'm not allowed to. This is contradictory. We have booked for a team of players and a player pulled out. We had him replaced. Surely I cannot lose my ticket money. We are willing to pay the administration fee to have the change done. Why can all other airlines do this and not Kulula. This is not fair and is a money making scheme. I need a good enough reason why this cannot be done. My booking code is RWNEQC
