Myciti bus, worst customer service ever!

Every day I catch the bus to work and back but it seems nothing has ever changed. The buses are never on time and there have been a few occasions where the bus has driven past me while I was waiting at the stop as well as not stopping for me to get off at my stop. The ride itself has not been a pleasure as drivers have ramped the pavement almost taking out traffic lights, take sharp corners and are just a plain hazard on the road. This kind of driving is not suitable for pregnant and elderly people who ride the bus and is certainly not on. I have complained to the managers at the bus station but their way of remedying the situation is by putting the driver on a different bus route which doesn't change anything at all really.
