Three years of saving and still no holiday

We took up the contract in 2010. We have not used it once!!!
We have over 3000 points and R5000 in holiday savings but we can't even book a weekend away. Q!!!
It is so frustrating to pay for something that was made out to be so wonderful and now we are still paying and get absolutely nothing out.
This is such a and should be exposed for what it is and the people you have taken for a ride should be reimbursed.
We have almost payed you R16 000 for what???
I'm furious and feel done in by this. Looking at the statements there is money going into your pocket and we get no benefit.
Where is the justice in that.
if we cant use this how do we get out of this
