Cancellation of contract

Whilst on holiday in Durban in 2010, we were bombarded by employees of Flexi Holiday Club who subsequently sold us points. We were made to believe that we coild use our points to go on cruises and also visit Sun City when we wanted. Firsly, when making arrangements for the cruise I was informed that I could not points. On another occasion when I wanted to visit Sun City I was informed that I could only visit certain periods which was not suitable for me at all. Furthermore since 2010, I've alwaya struggled to book accommodation during peak periods even on the date when bookings open. The one time when I eventually did get accommodation (Tenbury), it was awful. Bedding had blood on it, flee bites, could not sleep because of noise, etc. My letter of complaint to Flexi in this regard has been ignored for two years now. I believe that when the sold the contract they to us. The consultant has since left the company. I want this contract cancelled immediately because it was based on. Please cancel immediately
