My mom flew this morning with Kulula to Cape Town. She is a passenger who needs assistance. I want to thank Sean at the check in for helping me check in her luggage, taking me to Lebo at passenger assist and dropping off the ticket in the assistance lounge. Lebo for coming to help me get my mom from the car and taking her to the lounge and onto the plane. To the guy without a name badge who tried to help me change my mom's seat: a huge thank you to you too!! Your staff were all friendly and helpful. Thank you thank you!!
