DOUBLE BILLING AND NO SERVICE

I recently booked a flight using my SAA voyager miles. Voyager deducted miles equivalent to 2 flights and not 1. I have called and spoken to a number of persons including Savit, the supervisor, promises are made to return my call, which has not happened. The service is no existant! Very disappointing from South Africa's preferred carrier!
